In Melbourne and Canberra we have opportunities for software engineers with qualifications in at least one of the following areas:

In Adelaide we have opportunities for hardware engineers, logistic engineers, software engineers and systems engineers with qualifications in at least one of the following areas:

  • IT
  • Computer Science

  • Mechatronics/ Mechanical engineering
  • Electronic/Electrical engineering
  • Systems engineering; or
  • Relevant engineering disciplines

Recruitment Process:

Our Graduate Recruitment process consists of the following stages:

  • Application: Applications will open for our 2017 program in mid February 2016 and will close by the end of March 2016
  • Video Interview: If you are shortlisted, we will find out more about your application through a video interview
  • Online testing: Shortlisted candidates will undertake online testing
  • Selection Interview: Candidates who reach this stage will be interviewed by a selection panel of Technical Experts, Business Leaders and Human Resources personnel
  • Offer: Selected candidates will be made an offer by mid-2016, and will be expected to start work in January 2017

Lockheed Martin Australia Voted Top 100 Graduate Employer

In an awards ceremony in Sydney on 26 February, Lockheed Martin Australia was recognised by GradAustralia as the top organisation that Australian University Students would like to work for in the engineering services, design and manufacturing sector. Other organisations in this category included GE, BAE and Orica.

Lockheed martin representatives attended the evening and accepted the award presented by The Hon. Luke Hartsuyker MP, Assistant Minister for Employment.
