Quality, Environment, Safety & Health Policy

Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems & Sensors is committed to delivering superior products and services to our customers in a manner that protects employees, customers and the community while preserving the environment and conserving natural resources.

Organizational Policy Statement on Process

Policy
Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems & Sensors (MS2)-Undersea Systems Manassas is committed to following and continually improving the defined processes as stated per our Quality and ESH Policies.

MS2-Undersea Systems Manassas activities shall be performed in accordance with the processes as documented in the Manassas command media library. Programs may tailor processes by obtaining assistance from the Integrated Process Group (IPG) and the Quality Assurance (QA) organization.

The responsibility for verifying MS2-Undersea Systems programs and organizations conform to the processes is delegated to the Quality and Mission Success (Q&MS) organization and the Process Coordination Group (PCG).

Effective Date
This policy statement is effective immediately for all programs and organizations and supercedes Organizational Policy Statement on Process v 1.1, dated December 4, 2002.
