Our Charter: Our primary charter is to acquire, manage and dispose of Lockheed Martin's real estate. We coordinate closely with users to provide cost effective and timely solutions to operating units' needs for space. At the same time, to fulfill our Corporate responsibility, we assure value for our properties while in use and obtain optimal value if they are no longer needed. We are also responsible for managing the Corporate capital planning process and surplus equipment redeployment/disposition program. LMC Properties, Inc., also provides a wide range of facilities management services including construction and property management.
