 Three Modern Apprentices complete their vocational training in Scotland |
We have recently started an apprentice programme at Lockheed Martin UK, and we aim to recruit five apprentices in 2012.
In 2011 an internal recognition award was given to The Modern Apprentice Support Programme, an initiative implemented by our employees based in Scotland. The team members supported our new apprentices by providing guidance, technical knowledge and ongoing support during their transition into Lockheed Martin UK. This programme will be rolled out across the company this year in order to support apprentices as they transition into the workplace.
