Production Planning and Control
Production, Planning & Control (PP&C) – is a key support organization that interfaces daily with the Lockheed Martin development and production functions. All Production information filters through PP&C for analysis and subsequent loading into the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system for execution. The PP&C organization is integrated with the Supply Chain through four major functions: Program Planning, Operations Planning, Material & Traffic Control and Operations Systems.
