Hurricane Sandy continues on a projected track toward the East Coast and will bring deteriorating weather conditions along much of the area through mid-week.  As a result, several Lockheed Martin facilities are closing today, October 29, and potentially tomorrow, October 30.  
 
Due to the number of sites in this region, employees should check with their manager or call their local emergency management lines (where available) to determine the status of their specific work location.   For each site, the leadership team will continue to assess the situation throughout the day and will provide updates regarding tomorrow primarily using local emergency management lines and LM Notify.
 
Employees should coordinate with and obtain approval of their leader on any alternate work arrangements, as per policy.  For questions specific to labor charging, employees should also seek guidance from their managers.
