LOCKHEED MARTIN DECLARES 40-CENT QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
BETHESDA, MD, April 23rd, 1998 -- The Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend on the Corporation¿s stock of 40 cents per share. The dividend is payable June 30, 1998, to holders of record at the close of business on June 1.
