Dennis M. Scanlon Named President of Lockheed Martin's FORMTEK
ORLANDO, FL, May 14th, 1998 -- Gary P. Mann, president of Lockheed Martin's Integrated Business Solutions Company, announced today that Dennis M. Scanlon has been named President of FORMTEK, effective June 8, 1998. Prior to being named president, Scanlon was vice president, business development for FORMTEK. "His 19 years of broad manufacturing, utility, telecommunications, and defense and aerospace industry experience providing high technology software applications solutions will enable him to lead FORMTEK in the diverse markets they serve," said Mann. In addition, Scanlon has considerable engineering, programmatic and product management experience in the design and implementation of complex integrated information systems. Scanlon earned his B.A. degree from San Francisco State University.
Scanlon replaces Ali Kutay, who recently resigned as president and CEO to pursue other interests outside the company. Kutay had been president and CEO for twelve years.
