Lockheed Martin Declares 22-cent Quarterly Dividend
BETHESDA, MD, May 13th, 1999 -- Lockheed Martin's (NYSE:LMT) board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend for the second quarter 1999 on the Corporation's common stock of $0.22 per share. The dividend is payable on June 30, 1999 to holders of record of the Corporation's common stock as of June 1, 1999.
