Lockheed Martin Declares Second Quarter Dividend
BETHESDA, MD, 27-APR-00 -- Lockheed Martin's (NYSE:LMT) board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend for the second quarter 2000 on the Corporation's common stock of $0.11 per share. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2000 to holders of record of the Corporation's common stock as of June 1, 2000
