Designed to provide more efficient and timely service for Distribution Technologies' customers, FirstSERVE components include advanced technical training courses to complement standard courses; more product and technical information accessible on the Web; a special quarterly newsletter and customer-focused bulletins; fast-response service teams; and a toll-free customer advocate hotline for customers to voice concerns or provide feedback about the service they have received.
