LOCKHEED MARTIN TO HOST U.S. SENATORS BARBARA MIKULSKI AND MARY LANDRIEU
NEW ORLEANS, LA., 08-NOV-01 -- U.S. Senators Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) and Mary Landrieu (D-La.) will tour the NASA Michoud Assembly Facility where Lockheed Martin builds the Space Shuttle External Tank at 12:45 p.m. Saturday, November 10.
Sen. Mikulski chairs the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee that oversees the NASA budget. Sen. Landrieu is a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee.
