Lockheed Martin's CEO and CFO Certify Company's Financial Reports
BETHESDA, MD, August 8th, 2002 -- Lockheed Martin announced today that Vance Coffman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Christopher Kubasik, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, have certified the company's financial reports in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and a recent Securities and Exchange Commission order. The certifications filed today covered Lockheed Martin's 2001 Annual Report on Form 10-K, the first and second 2002 Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q and the 2002 Proxy Statement. The Company noted that no qualifications were made to the required certification forms.
