Lockheed Martin Declares 11-Cent Quarterly Dividend
BETHESDA, MD, October 24th, 2002 -- Lockheed Martin's (NYSE: LMT) board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend on the Corporation's common stock of 11 cents per share. The dividend is payable December 31, 2002, to holders of record on December 2, 2002.
