LOCKHEED MARTIN INCREASES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND BY 9 PERCENT
BETHESDA, MD, 23-JAN-03 -- Lockheed Martin's [NYSE:LMT] board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend on the Corporation's common stock and increased the quarterly dividend amount by 9 percent, to 12 cents per share. The dividend is payable March 31, 2003 to holders of record on March 3, 2003.
