Lockheed Martin Receives 2003 INROADS Award for Excellence

Lockheed Martin Corporation [NYSE: LMT] has received the 2003 Award for Excellence from INROADS, Inc., the nation's most successful leadership training, development and placement organization for minorities. A sponsor since 1985, Lockheed Martin placed second out of the top 10 corporate partners that have embraced the INROADS Internship process throughout their business units on a national or global level.

In 2003, Lockheed Martin provided career development and training opportunities for 169 high-potential minority college students to prepare them for corporate and community leadership.
