Atlas IIAS Launch Of NRO Payload Postponed
CAPE CANAVERAL AIR FORCE STATION, Fla., 27-AUG-04 --
The launch of an Atlas IIAS vehicle with a national security payload was postponed today to allow for additional testing on batteries on the booster.
International Launch Services and rocket builder Lockheed Martin plan to make another attempt at 7:02 p.m. EDT Saturday. The mission is being conducted for the National Reconnaissance Office.
