Lockheed Martin Declares Quarterly Dividend of 22 Cents Per Share

The Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) corporation board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend on the corporation's common stock of 22 cents per share.
The dividend is payable March 31, 2004 to holders of record on March 1, 2004.
