Lockheed Martin Makes Donation to Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department

CAMDEN, AR, 12/20/2007 -- Lockheed Martin's [NYSE: LMT] Camden Operations recently made a $500 donation to the Calhoun County Sheriff's Department.

Lockheed Martin Camden Operations Security Manager George McNutt and Physical Security Supervisor Danny Corbitt presented Calhoun County Sheriff Bob Dunn with the donation to support the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office.

This money will be used to help purchase portable breath alcohol testing equipment, said Sheriff Dunn. This will provide much needed support to our deputies in the field. By administering more comprehensive field tests, officers save time and the expense of transporting suspects for testing who may not have exceeded legal limits, resulting in more time for deputies to continue proactive patrols.

Camden Operations maintains strong partnerships with Federal, State and local law enforcement agencies, McNutt said. We are proud to support Sheriff Dunn's initiatives in providing the best possible services to our community and employees.

Headquartered in Bethesda, Md., Lockheed Martin employs about 140,000 people worldwide and is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services.
