Sikorsky’s Customer Care Center based in Trumbull, Connecticut, is manned 24-hours-a-day by a focused, interdisciplinary team of experts working urgent customer needs as well as longer term availability and reliability improvements. 24/7 customer service is available at 1-800-WINGED-S (1-800-946-4337) for domestic inquiries and +1-203-386-3029 for international customers.
Sikorsky’s enhanced Customer Support organization focuses on execution of aftermarket processes, leveraging analytics technologies and delivering centralized execution of parts management and technical support services.
Sikorsky now has over 20 Customer Support Centers worldwide and is continuing to expand its service capabilities to where customers operate. Customer Support Centers enable quick access to Sikorsky’s logistics and spare parts inventory for operators, and provide advanced service capabilities.

SIKORSKY COMMERCIAL SERVICES
For customers purchasing Sikorsky commercial or military aircraft, the Aircraft Delivery Operation group offers seamless execution, from the time of purchase to in-country delivery at the customer's location.
Sikorsky offers a comprehensive list of upgrades and modifications that can be added to your aircraft. The Aftermarket Option Book is available for customers on Sikorsky360 and was developed based on our extensive list of new aircraft completions and includes options applicable to the changing helicopter environment.
The Customer Care Center is designed to improve aircraft availability and customer satisfaction using the latest intelligence and analytics capabilities. We provide two levels of service:
- AOG Resolution Center- Relentless drive to return aircraft to flight status
- Fleet Management Center- Leverage Data & Analytics for long term benefit
Sikorsky's Ground Support Equipment department provides high-quality, reliable, cost-effective support equipment and associated services that enable our customers to safely operate and maintain Sikorsky aircraft at peak efficiency.
Sikorsky produces ground-based logistics products that help operators maintain/manage aircraft in an accurate and efficient manner. Logistics products including Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, Web-Based Training, Pilot Debrief Module, Plug Locator Application, iFly Sikorsky, Helotrac 2X maintenance management system, and Ground-Based Diagnostics help operators gather, analyze, and route critical aircraft and maintenance information.
eNotifications on Sikorsky360 provide Sikorsky’s registered customers with on-demand and on-line access to Sikorsky Technical Directives, Customer Service Notices, Publications Statuses/Indexes, All Operator Letters, Sikorsky Safety/Technical Advisories, Maintenance Manual Temporary Revisions, Technical Directives, and status documents.
We manage the repair and overall of all components on our helicopters and perform repair or overhaul services on a full array of helicopter components, including: Gear Boxes, Blades, Electrical components, Hoist/Cargo Hook, and Dynamic Components. Our repair facilities include a hydraulics shop, machine shop, sheet metal / welding shop, a full blade repair center including a whirl tower, and unique test equipment for all our dynamic components. Sikorsky also has more than 20 Customer Support Centers worldwide and continues expanding its service capabilities where customers operate.
Sikorsky maintains a comprehensive global parts inventory for a wide variety of commercial and military helicopters, which includes an extensive Exchange Program on many helicopter components. Sikorsky annually processes more than 53,000 shipments to more than 1,100 customers worldwide by utilizing 1,600 suppliers and maintaining over 100,000 part numbers in stock. We continue positioning inventory closer to customers with new Forward Stocking Locations located in Stavanger, Norway; Aberdeen, Scotland and Brisbane, Australia.
Technical Publications on Sikorsky360 provide Sikorsky’s registered customers with on-demand and on-line access to the latest approved versions of Sikorsky’s Maintenance and Flight Publications and supplements. These include the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Airworthiness and Limitations Manual, Rotorcraft Flight Manual, Flight Check Procedures guide, Sikorsky Ground Based Application user’s guide and EASA-approved Master Minimum Equipment List.
Sikorsky offers full-spectrum training solutions for commercial and military customers such as full-motion and fixed-based simulators, procedural trainers, maintenance training devices, and instructor-led, computer-based and web-based courseware. Our training packages include crew training such as pilot, crew chief and maintenance, and specialized training such as HUMS/IVHMS, mission flight training and infrastructure planning. Sikorsky, along with our partners, strive to provide a customized solution to fit all training requirements.
