For customers purchasing Sikorsky commercial or military aircraft, the Aircraft Delivery Operation (ADO) group offers seamless execution, from the time of purchase to in-country delivery at the customer's location. Sikorsky Aircraft Modifications

Aircraft Modifications and Crash Damaged Repairs. Sikorsky operates a 200,000 square-foot Field Operations Center at Chase Field, Texas for aircraft repair and modification.

The Field Operations Center provides modifications and airframe  crash damage repairs, component repairs, and depot field teams in support of fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. Customers benefit from this centralized and expanded depot operation and easy access from both the east and west coasts.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Sikorsky Customer Care Center

The Field Service Operations group employs over 140 personnel located in over 60 countries around the world. Field Service Representatives (FSRs) provide technical assistance and guidance to owners/operators of Sikorsky Aircraft products.

The FSRs have an extensive background in aircraft/component maintenance and management. Logistics Support Representatives (LSRs) provide material management assistance, configuration management assistance, and warranty administration expertise to owners/operators of Sikorsky Aircraft products.

 

Sikorsky Ground Equipment Support

Sikorsky's Ground Support Equipment (GSE) department provides high-quality, reliable, cost-effective support equipment and associated services that enable our customers to safely operate and maintain Sikorsky aircraft at peak efficiency.

Products and services provided by Sikorsky service and
support include:

Engineering, Manufacturing, Receiving/Shipping, RFQ(s)/Spares, Proposals, Planning, Source Inspections, First Article Test/Validations, Training, Site Surveys (O-, I-, D-Level), Customer/Technical Support

 
Sikorsky Logistics Technologies

The Sikorsky Logistic Technologies (LT) team collaboratively works with each program stakeholder to create aviation ground-based logistics products used to access logistics data and maintain/manage aircraft in an accurate and efficient manner.

Each product is created, maintained, and supported using a
disciplined software development life-cycle process. The Sikorsky LT team has created a number of products designed for maintenance and training use.

These products include:

  • Web-Based Training (WBT)
  • Web HELOTRAC RL® Maintenance Management System
  • Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM)



Sikorsky Operator eNotifications

Sikorsky's maintenance and support solutions deliver military customers mission readiness at a significantly reduced cost of ownership. Programs such as performance based logistics, depot partnerships and contractor logistics support encompass technical, engineering and logistics support that give customer's improved performance at a fixed cost per flight hour.

Combining OEM expertise, advanced logistics processes and
thorough analysis along with flight and maintenance data, Sikorsky service and support solutions can provide customers timely identification of direct maintenance cost and readiness drivers along with solutions for improvement.

In addition, in the near future, the state-of-the-art analytical work that is currently being performed in the Fleet Management Operations Center for the support of the S-92® helicopter will be applied to benefit the support of military platforms in pursuit of the Office of the Secretary of Defense's initiative to achieve conditioned based maintenance.

 
Sikorsky Overhaul & Repair

The Overhaul and Repair (O&R) organization offers a diversified
range of system services, repairing and overhauling dynamic
systems, blades, avionics, and numerous other components from aircraft tip to tail.

The group's expertise extends beyond executing repairs. Through new-engineered methods, worn rotor blades can now be restored to flight condition. Improved transmission coatings and platings allow for more cost-effective repairs. O&R utilizes its vast fleet data knowledge as a basis to extend component lives and greatly increase aircraft reliability.

Sikorsky's spares operations is committed to excellence whether it's dealing with Sikorsky's military customers flying our H-60 or H-53 models or our commercial customers using our S-76® and S-92® helicopters through:

Whether it is an Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) integrated with a maintenance management system, Adobe Acrobat PDF or traditional paper technical manuals, we can make it happen.

Our technical authors are specialists in developing the information that you need to operate and maintain your aircraft. We measure the performance of aircraft in the field using fleet management tools and provide you with the most efficient maintenance practices available.

We provide it all, from maintenance flight check procedures to testing and troubleshooting tasks to parts ordering information everything that you need to keep flying.

Sikorsky Training

Full Spectrum Training Solutions, Sikorsky's training organization works with each and every customer to design and deliver the right training package that fits a customer's needs based on fleet size and location level of aircraft technical expertise and mission requirements.

Sikorsky offers full-spectrum training solutions for military customers in a variety of formats such as: full motion simulators, transportable flight training devices, and computer and web-based.

The training package includes: crew training such as pilot, maintenance and avionics, and specialized training such as HUMS, Depot and Intermediate.
