Repair Parts and Spares

GSCS supplies factory new repair parts and specializes in the hard-to-find parts for out of production Lockheed Martin systems, aircraft, equipment, and platforms.  GSCS uses LM engineering and proprietary manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure repair parts that meet or exceed LM’s specifications and quality standards.  Using our global supply chain network, we have the capability to support rush deliveries and provide other value-added services such as parts kitting.

U.S. Government

GSCS has a long-term, firm fixed price contract and a Basic Ordering Agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to supply factory new repair parts and spares for out of production Lockheed Martin systems, aircraft, equipment, and platforms.  GSCS specializes in hard-to-find parts and uses LM engineering (and reverse engineering), proprietary manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure repair parts meet or exceed LM’s specifications and quality standards.  Using our global supply chain network, GSCS has the logistics expertise to support rush deliveries and provide other value-added services.  Using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technologies, eCommerce solutions, requirements processing, and metrics monitoring, GSCS assists DLA in meeting its commitment to supporting the US Military Services. In addition, GSCS is the overall integrator of Lockheed Martin Business Units, supplying Lockheed Martin proprietary parts to all DLA Supply Centers (Aviation, Land and Maritime, and Troop Support).

Industrial Product Support – Vendor (IPV)

GSCS provides crucial supply chain management and services that delivers industrial hardware support to the three U.S. Air Force Air Logistics Complexes, ensuring a continuous supply of more than 90,000 unique part numbers in more than 295,000 bin locations maintaining a bin fill rate of over 99.78%.

Navy Tires

GSCS has been the Navy and Marine Corps supply chain aircraft tire provider of choice to all Navy and Marine Corps aviation organizations worldwide for over 12 years.  During that time, GSCS’ supply chain performance resulted in 100% material availability and a sustained 98.4% on-time delivery rate (within 48 hours in the U.S. and 96 hours overseas).  Additionally, GSCS superior demand planning and forecasting capability also resulted in a 400% reduction of Navy and Marine Corps retail aviation tire inventories.
