REMINDER: Take Action to Update Exostar Trading Partner Manager and Partner Information Manager Applications
August 26, 2021
August 2021 --
Lockheed Martin Exostar Trading Partner Manager (TPM) profiles now include two new sections on the “Self-Certification” page which are synchronized with the existing FFATA, socio-economic NAICS and Size and Status annual representation requirements in order to comply with the following regulations:
- Fiscal Year 2019 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Section 889 made effective through FAR 52.204-25 prohibiting the Contracting of Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment; and
- DFARS 252.204-7020 NIST SP800-171 Assessment Requirements requiring supplier to take the action in providing, if applicable, their NIST assessment score to the U.S. Government Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) system.
In addition, if you certify in TPM that you are obligated to comply with DFARS 252.204-7012 cybersecurity requirements, you will also need to complete or update your NIST 800-171 questionnaire in the Partner Information Manager (PIM) to attest to completion of your Department of Defense SPRS requirements.
Adherence to make representations as to each of these regulations is required within your TPM profile beginning June 14, 2021.
