With C-130 and L-100s operated by 70 nations, there is a need for around-the-clock, real-time worldwide fleet support options. We are proud to provide such resources to the global community of Hercules operators, which include:

C-130 Service Centers
A worldwide network of Hercules Service Centers, Heavy Maintenance Centers and Quick Engine Change (QEC) Centers ensures that Lockheed Martin-certified support is available to keep the global C-130/L-100 fleet flying. See a full listing of these service providers.

Customer Support Center
The Lockheed Martin Customer Support (CSC) provides access to the C-130/L-100 worldwide customer support network 24/7.

The CSC is a state-of-the-art, virtual support center that is reachable all hours of the day or night by telephone or email. Through the CSC, aircraft issues or emergency situations are quickly analyzed by Lockheed Martin experts who use customer information and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical data to deliver rapid solutions. Customers are then capable of returning their aircraft to service quickly and safely.
