Teaming Coordinator

Recognized by Washington Technology as the federal government’s top IT prime contractor, Lockheed Martin regularly creates tailored teams of subcontractors and suppliers to meet our customers’ needs.

Corporate-wide and program-specific processes to identify, evaluate, and select industry partners are in place supporting Lockheed Martin prime IT contracts worldwide.

Our Teaming Coordinator is Lori Stallard (703-963-2327) Ms. Stallard is the focal point for developing and establishing relationships with teaming partners and subcontractors. Reporting directly to our EAGLE II Program Manager,
Ms. Stallard will:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for prospective subcontractors and maintain a website for use by potential teaming partners
  • Work with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to identify companies offering innovative products and technologies
  • Participate in make-or-buy decisions as part of technical solution development
  • Conduct open houses for potential subcontractors
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and government industry days
  • Develop strategic alliances with large, mid-size, and small businesses for EAGLE support

We encourage potential suppliers to provide us with their company profiles using the SupplierNet application within Lockheed Martin's electronic commerce portal - Trading Partner Management. Our PMO will use this technology to search for potential supplies - by company, location, capability, status, NAICS, commodity, and business size - for EAGLE II TO support.
