About the Panel:

At the event, a panel of space experts will discuss the dangers of space junk and how the Space Fence system will help mitigate the growing problem. Panelists include: The Franklin Institute's Chief Astronomer Derrick Pitts and several Lockheed Martin space experts including Steve Bruce, vice president, and Greg Fonder, engineer, both of Lockheed Martin’s Space Fence program; Jeff Bantle, vice president and general manager of Naval Combat & Missile Defense Systems; and Rick Kendrick, Lockheed Martin’s Space Systems Company Fellow.
