Looking Back as We Move Forward: 2021 Top F-35 Moments

In 2021, the F-35 enterprise continued to expand and experience success around the globe. From international partners declaring Initial Operational Capability, to the U.S. Air Force activating its first Europe-based F-35A squadron, the F-35 enterprise has been focused on delivering global deterrence and security through advanced 21st century warfighting capability.

To close out the year, Lockheed Martin delivered 139 aircraft to meet our 2021 joint government and industry production commitment and three aircraft to support its 2022 commitment, for a total of 142 aircraft. To date, Lockheed Martin has delivered 750+ aircraft operating from 34 bases and ships around the globe.
