How Natasha went from NSBE career fair to Intern, to AI Engineer
Across Lockheed Martin, AI/ML is incorporated into hundreds of projects and programs for our customers. Behind some of the those technologies are people that enable machines to work collaboratively with humans to improve operations and the missions effectiveness.
After the interview at the career fair, she landed two summer internships on the F-35 Flight Simulator.
Two-years after becoming a full-time employee, she was tapped for the Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP). This intensive three-year rotational program enhanced her software engineering expertise while teaching leadership skills.
After that, she took a job as an AI engineer. For Lockheed Martin, AI is a critical enabler in its mission to deliver 21st Century Security® solutions to create a safer, more secure world.
