This year the corporation assessed its top law firms and Baker Botts, LLP scored favorably against industry averages for its overall diversity, its staffing of Lockheed Martin matters, and for its percentage of female equity partners at the firm.

Lockheed Martin’s annual Law Firm Diversity Assessment compared diversity data provided by Baker Botts, LLP and other top law firms with industry averages and analyzed the data across the diversity dimensions of female, non-Caucasian, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered (LGBTQ+) persons, individuals with disabilities, and veteran status for the total firm (US-based only), staffing of Lockheed Martin matters, and equity partnership.
Baker Botts, LLP succeeded in increasing the percentage of hours billed by females on Lockheed Martin matters and increased the percentage of hours billed by non-Caucasian and all minorities as compared to prior years. These increases contributed to Baker Botts, LLP’s outstanding performance.
