Antonia Marzulli
Vice President, Operations
Antonia Marzulli (Toni) is the Vice President of Operations for Lockheed Martin Australia & New Zealand, where she leads enterprise operational performance, sustainment excellence and cross-functional capability across complex, mission-critical programs spanning space, air, land, sea and cyber domains to support national security outcomes.
With over three decades of international experience across defence, technology and life sciences, Toni specialises in leading organisations through scale, transformation and performance uplift. She is recognised for aligning strategy to execution, strengthening operational discipline and building high-performing teams capable of delivering in demanding environments.
Throughout her career, Toni has driven growth, large-scale transformation and complex program delivery across Australia and the United States.
She has led Synergy Group, a Canberra-based professional services firm, as CEO; has led hybrid cloud and cyber security delivery as a Partner at IBM Australia; and has overseen a major Defence portfolio at Leidos Australia as the Director of Project Services. In the US, she held multiple roles with Lockheed Martin contributing to advanced aerospace and defence technology programs, including risk reduction initiatives on F-35 JSF and R&D with Air Force Research Labs.
She began her professional career in the pharmaceutical industry at GlaxoSmithKline, spending 14 years in R&D and operations within highly regulated environments – an experience that shaped her disciplined, data-driven leadership approach.
Toni holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and French, a Master of Arts from Villanova University and an MBA from Penn State University. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and has completed executive certification programs from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
