As the demand for PAC-3 MSE continues to grow, Lockheed Martin is committed to strengthening Europe’s defense industrial base. Lockheed Martin has partnered with local industry through offset agreements to produce PAC-3 MSE subcomponents. These partnerships increase supply chain efficiency and introduce high-value manufacturing and engineering jobs in Poland, while providing new areas of technology, training and technical assistance.
Driving Partnerships Forward
Today, at MSPO, Lockheed Martin and WZE participated in a signing ceremony to highlight an upcoming production order for PAC-3 MSE attitude control systems (ACS). The ACS is a critical component for controlling PAC-3 MSE’s trajectory and hit-to-kill capability.
This follows a production line verification milestone this time last year which certified WZE components met stringent U.S. Government quality, safety and compliance standards. The first ACS delivery to the U.S. will be in 2027.

Continued Momentum
The PAC-3 offsets team is celebrating several additional offset milestones with partners WZE and PGZ in 2026.
Earlier this year, Lockheed Martin successfully conducted a hardware-in-the-loop demo with PGZ to demonstrate leading technical capability in Poland. In August, Lockheed Martin awarded WZE a purchase order for Enhanced Launcher Electronic Station (ELES) and J-Box units to be used in Polish production quantities.
These milestones mark significant steps in Lockheed Martin’s efforts to strengthen the PAC‑3 MSE program through robust offset partnerships in Poland. By leveraging local expertise and manufacturing capabilities, these collaborations not only enhance supply‑chain resiliency and accelerate production timelines but also create high‑value jobs and foster technology transfer within the Polish defense industrial base.
