Beginning the week of September 8, 2026, suppliers have access to Eihos, an AI-driven chatbot designed to answer questions related to 1LMX tools and processes. Whether you need guidance on accessing a capability or completing tasks—such as the Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN)—Eihos provides quick, user-friendly assistance.
