The Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program takes a strategic, enterprise wide approach to managing Lockheed Martin's key suppliers. These suppliers conduct business across multiple Lockheed Martin business areas and deliver critical capabilities to our programs. Each supplier within the program is assigned a dedicated SRM who owns the relationship.  They coordinate across the business, engaging with functional teams and program stakeholders to resolve issues and serve as the primary point of contact for the supplier.

SRM Managers are able to effect change by harnessing Lockheed Martin’s total buying power. They provide a host of services, including but not limited to, negotiation support, risk‑mitigation, and issue escalation and resolution. Additionally, SRMs are helping to reduce administrative burden and lower contracting costs in partnership with supply chain, contracts and legal teams through the implementation of global general terms agreements. By fostering collaborative, high‑trust relationships, SRMs shape supplier performance and unlock measurable value for both Lockheed Martin and our customers.
