The Lockheed Martin Customer Support Center (CSC) provides access to our worldwide customer support network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our goal is aircraft support that ensures the best operational and mission readiness rates possible. That is our promise. How? We partner with each customer, analyze each aircraft issue and tailor the solution to keep aircraft reliability high and downtime low. With more than 6,000 aircraft in our global support network, Lockheed Martin has a history of providing a full range of support at the moment it is needed. We are committed partners for the life of the aircraft.

The Customer Support Center - A Team Approach

The Lockheed Martin CSC is a state-of-the-art, virtual customer support center that is reachable all hours of the day or night by telephone or e-mail. Through the CSC, aircraft issues or emergency situations are quickly analyzed by Lockheed Martin experts who utilize customer information and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical data to deliver rapid solutions. Customers are then capable of returning their aircraft to service quickly and safely.

Product Support for Life

Almost 70 percent of the life-cycle cost of a military aircraft consists of sustainment support, which significantly impacts aircraft reliability and sustainability – directly affecting mission readiness. That’s why we established the Customer Support Center (CSC). The CSC provides the best technical and supply chain support for more than 6,000 military aircraft worldwide, including the C-5, C-130, L-100, F-16, F-22, F-35, P-3, S-3, L-188 and U-2.
