Lockheed Martin has launched 25Forward, a five-year, $25 million initiative commemorating the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. The program is designed to safeguard history, underscoring Lockheed Martin’s ongoing commitment to deterrence while honoring those who protect the nation.
The centerpiece of 25Forward is a $10 million contribution to the Pentagon Memorial Visitor Education Center (VEC). The Center’s ceremonial groundbreaking is scheduled for September 12. While the launch of 25Forward aligns with the 25th anniversary of September 11, the investment supporting the Pentagon Memorial VEC, it is designed to serve as more than a single commemorative moment.
