The Advanced Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship Program (AMTAP) is a United States Department of Labor (USDOL) Registered Apprenticeship. The AMTAP program will teach you how to build space flight hardware by providing a phased approach to learning with both classroom and hands-on learning opportunities at our LM Space facility in King of Prussia/Valley Forge, PA.
No Experience, No problem! This program will teach you everything you need to be successful.
Successful candidates demonstrate the following abilities:
- Great hand and eye coordination
- Manual dexterity skills
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Works well in a fast-paced, team environment
- Interested in continuously learning and adapting to ongoing industry changes
- Ability to perform precision work
$15/hr. plus benefits while in the 9-week classroom portion of the apprenticeship program.
$19.95/hr. upon offer of full-time employment.
