At our Troy, Alabama facility, we're looking to hire candidates in the following areas: manufacturing engineers, production engineers/ production managers / planners, test engineers, industrial engineers, manufacturing and process engineers, tool engineers for the missle assembly area, tool engineers, quality engineers, and security. 

 

Our Troy, Alabama team also offers a training program (at no cost to you) for Missile Assembler positions that upon completion can lead to an exciting opportunity with Lockheed Martin. From this entry-level role, many of our current employees' careers have grown within Lockheed Martin.

The Troy, Alabama operations facility is a manufacturing, final assembly, test and storage operation for many of the missile programs supported by Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). The site sits on 4,000 acres of land with 52 buildings, including four major production buildings.

The facility’s 600-plus employees support final assembly of MFC missiles, including Javelin, the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile, the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) and air-to-ground missiles. It also manufactures missiles and hardware for a variety of development programs.
