February 22, 2023 - In an industry first, Lockheed Martin and Juniper Networks successfully demonstrated mission-aware routing technology that will streamline and prioritize the flow of critical information from contested, remote environments to commanders stationed around the globe by connecting Lockheed Martin and Juniper products to create a hybrid software-defined wide-area network (SD-WAN) solution.  Read more here.
April 4, 2022 - Lockheed Martin and Intel Corporation are leveraging their expertise in technology and communications to bring together innovative 5G-capable solutions, enabling faster and more decisive actions for 21st century security. A memorandum of understanding signed late last year expands the ongoing strategic relationship between the two companies to align 5G-enabled hardware and software solutions for the Department of Defense. February 27,  2022 - Lockheed Martin is actively collaborating with Microsoft on 5G.MIL® solutions to rapidly advance reliable connections for U.S. Department of Defense systems capable of spanning air, land, sea, space and cyber domains. Through a new corporate agreement, the two companies will test how to effectively expand and manage 5G networking technology for Joint-All Domain Operations (JADO) defense applications using Microsoft’s 5G and Microsoft Azure services for Lockheed Martin’s Hybrid Base Station. November 2, 2021 - Lockheed Martin and Verizon have signed an agreement to collaborate on 5G.MIL technologies that will provide ultra-secure, reliable connections for U.S. Department of Defense systems spanning air, land, sea, space and cyber domains and establishes joint research and development to prototype, demonstrate and test 5G.MIL technologies.  Read more here.
December 13, 2021 - Lockheed Martin and Radisys, a global leader in open telecom solutions, have established an enterprise agreement for use of Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) software in Lockheed Martin 5G.MIL products. The agreement includes development of critical capabilities like 5G-enabled wireless relay and Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB).  Read more here.
November 10, 2021 - Lockheed Martin and Keysight Technologies, Inc. announce a collaboration to advance 5G in support of mission-critical communications for aerospace and defense applications. The companies are actively collaborating on a 5G.MIL testbed that Lockheed Martin teams will use to advance 5G capabilities for multiple applications.  Read more here.
