Paul Livingston was appointed chief executive, Lockheed Martin UK in April 2021.
Paul began his career as an engineering apprentice working in civil and military simulation and has since spent more than thirty years in the aerospace sector.
Since joining Lockheed Martin, Paul has held a number of roles across the global corporation. In 2017 he was appointed vice president and managing director for Lockheed Martin UK – Integrated Systems, having previously been a director for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics responsible for liaising with the UK customer for both F-35 and C-130J programmes.
In 2012, Paul was appointed chief operating officer at Lockheed Martin Commercial Flight Training and following that role, became managing director for Ascent Flight Training, a joint venture between Lockheed Martin and Babcock which is delivering the UK Military Flying Training System.Back to Top
Vice President and Managing Director, LMUK Ampthill
Lee Fellows was appointed to Vice President and Managing Director of the LMUK Ampthill business on 30th March 2020.
Lee joined Lockheed Martin in 2008 and has more than 15 years of experience in the defence industry across a variety of roles. He has responsibility for leading internal operations, process and programme execution across the business located in Bedfordshire, UK.
Lee previously held roles in the UK Ministry of Defence which included senior engineering and programme management positions as well as deployments into two active operational theatres, and international diplomacy positions in both the UK and abroad.Back to Top
Managing Director Lockheed Martin UK Strategic Systems
As Managing Director of Lockheed Martin UK Strategic Systems, Mike oversees Lockheed Martin’s operations at Her Majesty’s Naval Base Clyde, and in Bristol, Barrow-in-Furness, and Plymouth.
Mike joined Lockheed Martin UK in November 2014 as Head of Programmes Senior Manager where he was responsible for delivering all operational and technical aspects of Lockheed Martin’s In Service Support contract with the Royal Navy.
Before joining Lockheed Martin, Mike served 28 years in the Royal Navy. As a career submariner, he deployed on a number of Royal Navy submarines, becoming a specialist in both weapons and sonar. Mike also spent time working on exchange with the US Navy in Washington DC before returning to a senior role at the Royal Naval Armaments Depot at Coulport.Back to Top
Human Resources Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa
Alice Mallen was appointed the Director of Human Resources for the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa in September 2019.
Alice is accountable for delivery of the Human Capital Strategy and she and her team are responsible for Lockheed Martin employees based in 17 countries within the EMEA region.
Prior to this role, Alice was the Head of Human Resources for Rotary and Mission Systems Lockheed Martin UK –where she led the Human Resource function for the 600 employees across RMS sites in the UK.
Alice joined Lockheed Martin UK in April 2016 having previously worked as the Head of HR for the Market Area Europe, Middle East and Africa within the defence industry. Prior to this she has held generalist roles within the retail sector and as a consultant and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.Back to Top
Group Managing Director, Lockheed Martin UK Rotary and Mission Systems
Emlyn Taylor was appointed Group Managing Director of Lockheed Martin UK’s Havant-based Rotary and Mission Systems business on April 1, 2021.
Emlyn started his career, aged 16, as a defence industry apprentice and today has more than 30 years of leadership and technical experience gained while working with several high-profile engineering companies in the UK.
He has a proven track record of delivery in a number of diverse areas including satellite communication, train automation, torpedo guidance, military datalinks and avionics software.
