Peter Ruddock CB CBE FRAeS

Peter Ruddock has been the Chief Executive of Lockheed Martin UK since January 2016.
Peter joined Lockheed Martin in 2011 as the Business Development Director for Lockheed Martin UK. In this role, he was responsible for the development and execution of strategies to grow the business and strengthen customer relationships.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Mr Ruddock successfully completed fifteen different appointments in the Royal Air Force before leaving the Service, as an Air Marshal (3-star). In recognition of his exceptional service, Peter was made a Companion of the Order of the Bath (CB) in 2011, a Commander of the British Empire (CBE) in 2001 and awarded the US Legion of Merit (officer class) in 2004 for outstanding leadership on operations in Iraq and Afghanistan during 2002.Back to Top
Vice President and General Manager, LMUK Integrated Systems
Paul Livingston was appointed Vice President and Managing Director for Lockheed Martin UK – Integrated Systems (LMUK IS) in January 2017.
Paul began his career as an engineering apprentice working in civil and military simulation and has since spent more than thirty years in the aerospace sector.
Since joining Lockheed Martin, Paul has held a number of roles across the global corporation. He was a Director for Lockheed Marin Aeronautics responsible for liaising with the UK customer for F-35 and C-130J and led the business development activity for Ascent during the competitive phase of the programme.
In 2012, Paul was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Commercial Flight Training and following that role, Paul was the Managing Director for Ascent Flight Training, a joint venture between Lockheed Martin and Babcock which is delivering the UK Military Flying Training System.Back to Top
Managing Director (acting) at LMUK-Ampthill
Chris has thirty-three years of manufacturing, operations, and engineering experience with leadership and technical roles in site leadership, factory management, program operations, manufacturing engineering, and manufacturing technology. Currently serving as the Managing Director (acting) at LMUK-Ampthill; he has been in place as Deputy, Managing Director since 2017 with responsibility for leading internal operations, processes and program execution within the business.
Prior to his assignment in the UK he served in a combined role as General Manager, Director of Production Operations responsible for multiple Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control production facilities and Director of Production Operations for Tactical Missiles/Combat Maneuver and Energy Systems.Back to Top
Managing Director Lockheed Martin UK Strategic Systems
As Managing Director of Lockheed Martin UK Strategic Systems, Mike oversees Lockheed Martin’s operations at Her Majesty’s Naval Base Clyde, and in Bristol, Barrow-in-Furness, and Plymouth.
Mike joined Lockheed Martin UK in November 2014 as Head of Programmes Senior Manager where he was responsible for delivering all operational and technical aspects of Lockheed Martin’s In Service Support contract with the Royal Navy.
Before joining Lockheed Martin, Mike served 28 years in the Royal Navy. As a career submariner, he deployed on a number of Royal Navy submarines, becoming a specialist in both weapons and sonar. Mike also spent time working on exchange with the US Navy in Washington DC before returning to a senior role at the Royal Naval Armaments Depot at Coulport.Back to Top
Human Resources Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa
Alice Mallen was appointed the Director of Human Resources for the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa in September 2019.
Alice is accountable for delivery of the Human Capital Strategy and she and her team are responsible for Lockheed Martin employees based in 17 countries within the EMEA region.
Prior to this role, Alice was the Head of Human Resources for Rotary and Mission Systems Lockheed Martin UK –where she led the Human Resource function for the 600 employees across RMS sites in the UK.
Alice joined Lockheed Martin UK in April 2016 having previously worked as the Head of HR for the Market Area Europe, Middle East and Africa within the defence industry. Prior to this she has held generalist roles within the retail sector and as a consultant and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.Back to Top
